We do not charge to diagnose computer and device issues; we only charge a small diagnostic fee if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

We will not accept or work on any device that a customer or other computer technician/computer repair ship attempt to fix and failed. We made this decision because it is very hard to account for liability when multiple people have worked on a device, and that presents too much of a risk for us. That even includes custom pc builds.
